Follow Friday (11)

Follow My Book Blog Friday is hosted by Parajunkee's View. This week's question is:

Q. In light of the Summer Solstice. Also known as Midsummer...let's talk about fairies. What is your favorite fairy tale or story that revolves around the fae?

Right now I'm actually reading a book that revolves around the fae and fairies. It's called The Dream Crystal. It's not my favorite but it's pretty good. I haven't read very many books involving the fae or fairies, but I did read Wings. (The sequel is Spells). It was a really amazing read that I quiet enjoyed. I haven't read spells yet, but it's on my TBR pile that never seems to quit growing!

What is your favorite fairy tale of story that revolves around the fae?

  3. I've never known the difference between fairies and faeries haha. I don't know if its just a difference in spelling, or its different in meaning too!

  9. Hi, Katie! Happy Follow Friday! :)

    New follower!

I totally agree that TBR piles grow faster than I can read them, especially since there are so many new & awesome books flying around the blogosphere. That's one of the many reasons I love blogging: it's so informative! ;)

Actually, I'm a HUGE fan of faeries! If you haven't read much, I recommend Julie Kagawa's Iron Fey series for you to add to your never-ending pile -- you'll fall in love for sure! :)

Hope you have an awesome weekend!

  10. Old follower, just stopping by. :) I haven't read many fairy books either, but I did like Wings. Spells was cute, too. I didn't think it was quite as good, but I still liked it.
    Happy Friday!

  11. I'm reading WINGS right now. Or at least trying to. I've been such an ADD reader lately. I hurry up and start a book and then get distracted...
