Musing Monday (10)

Musing Monday is hosted by Should Be Reading.
This week's Musing asks...
If you were going on vacation, which books would you take with you?

Right now I am "on vacation" at my Nana's house (:
I packed lightly because I know that I am going to get some new reads! (I already bought one) When I'm on vacation, I try to tackle my TBR pile.
I brought two books that friends have loaned me and I haven't read yet: The Green Rider, and Promises to Keep.I always bring my Bible along to read. I also brought some new E-books I received: No Shoes, No Shirt, No Spells, and Rock and Roll is Undead, Only You, Sierra, and Spellbound. For me, this is packing lightly! I also brought a wad of cash that I've been saving up so I can get some books I've been dying to read! Nana let's me buy more books than mom does (: I've already bought Blood Red Road, and I hope to get more by the end of the week!

Are you a huge reader on vacation like me? What books do you bring with you? Follow & comment with a blog address and I'll be sure to follow you back!

  2. Well, eBooks are just like ether, so I do prefer to take them on vacation (on my Kindle). Do you read your ebooks on a laptop or on an eReader?

Here's my Musing Mondays (August 8) post!

  5. I love that your grandma lets you buys more books than your mom! I think grandmas are just good at that sort of thing. :) Sounds like a fun list. I've heard good things about Blood Red Road.
